Unit 8 Blue Vista is a romantic, cosy, open plan, air conditioned one bedroom studio unit located on the first floor and directly across from Nelson Bay Beach foreshore with stunning water views. This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay. Please contact our office to discuss pricing. Linen Packs consists of two flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts. Property Notes: Pets are not welcome at this property. This property does not have Wi-fi. Parking: 1 car space provided and access is at the rear of the property from Shoal Bay Road. Lift: No A pre payment of 50% is required at time of booking.
