The open plan living, and dining areas is tiled throughout, this area opens out onto the open courtyard with views overlooking the pool and gorgeous established gardens, imagine sitting back,relaxing and takingin the tranquillity and birdlife that surrounds you. The unit provides a flat screen TV and DVD player, a large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, family size fridge/ freezer and complete cooking facilities. Three great size bedrooms all having ceiling fans and the main having an ensuite with a shower, toilet and vanity. The second bedroom also provides a ceiling fan and the main bathroom has a bath/ shower overhead, toilet and vanity. The unit provides an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. The Carindale complex is located an easy 850mts walk to Wests Diggers Club or only 800mts to the heart of Nelson Bay where you will find boutique shopping, cafes, restaurants, D'Albora Marina, bars, clubs and Nelson Bay foreshore where all the Dolphin and Whale watch cruises depart from.
