Property information

Dutchies Dream was recently purchased and was lovingly enjoyed by the previous owners. The new owners decided to share this wonderful property with it's beautiful water vistas for all to enjoy. As they live elsewhere I offered to assist them with their wishes. If you are looking for a premium beachfront holiday look no further than Dutchies Dream set in an absolute prime position across from beautiful Dutchies beach. This large air conditioned home is tastefully decorated and can sleep up to 8 people. Master bedroom features a king bed and ensuite, The second bedroom has a queen bed and direct access to the main bathroom, the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. There is a massive entertaining deck overlooking the beach with BBQ and gas lantern to keep warm. The big double garage that could fit a small trailer boat. If sitting on the deck drinking champagne watching the dolphins play is not your thing, then you are within an easy walk to CBD shops and Marina with all its cafes & restaurants.

There is so much our beautiful area has to offer including nature walks, child friendly beaches, dog friendly beaches, surf beaches, fishing, snorkelling, dolphin & whale watch cruises, the largest coastal moving sand mass in the Southern Hemisphere, horse riding, camel rides, multiple golf courses, clubs, pubs, restaurants, outstanding marinas, wildlife & bird life. Whether you are looking for adventure or simply wanting to kick back & relax, Port Stephens is the perfect place for you.
