Property information

Eight Lakes is the ideal home for a family escape offering an expansive setting throughout with rooms big enough to spread out and relax. Located on one of the most stunningly serene areas of Merimbula, with outstanding panoramic views over Merimbula Lake, Merimbula town, the mountains and out to sea. Catering for everyone with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living areas , kitchen with meals room, separate office, and an enormous entertaining deck. You really are spoilt for choice with where and how far you follow the various walking paths around Merimbula, including a walk to Fishpen or along the famous Boardwalk to Merimbula Boat Hire. Easily stroll to the waterfront and connect up with the new boardwalk to beautiful Bar Beach Cafe - the views out there are spectacular! The views from here are spectacular! The gardens are beautiful to settle in to read a good book while catching the suns warm rays over a cold drink and there is a lush bush aspect with a lovely reserve on the side. Bar Beach is right across the road, Spencer Park and The Wharf Restaurant a 5 minute walk.
