As we focus solely on Holiday Rentals, we understand how important holidays and getaways are to our clients and that finding the right property for that experience essential. We also understand that when arriving at a property it is important that it lives up to expectations. Our professional, personalised service doesn't stop at booking our guests into a property. We maintain a very high level of presentation across our portfolio of properties so you have confidence when booking with us knowing that the house will be clean and tidy on arrival and that you will be comfortable during your stay.

Property info

Harkaway is a wonderfully restored original cottage located in Kingsley St, just a few minutes walk to Byron's main street and less than a 10 min stroll up to Byron's spectacular Main Beach. This house oozes all the character and charm of an original cottage whilst having all the modern conveniences you could wish for on your holiday away. This is your perfect family holiday house. There are three comfortable bedrooms, one Queen, one Double and the third with two sets of bunks enabling you to sleep 8 comfortably. There is two bathrooms with a bath in one of them. There are polished timber floorboards throughout and ceiling fans in all rooms plus reverse cycle air conditioning in the main living area as well as the kitchen meaning you will never be too hot or cold. There is 1 off-street car space, and 2-hour free street parking for guests. No beach towels provided. IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION: a 50% deposit will be charged at the time of booking, otherwise full payment is required if arriving within 30 days. To process a booking, we require a guest's identification, personal email address and mobile phone number no later than 7 days after booking, or by the last business day prior to the arrival date; whichever is earliest. If we are unable to verify the guest’s identification and details we will, unfortunately, be unable to confirm the booking. Please note, check-in and check-out is not permitted on Christmas Day (25 December).
