Beautiful location looking out over two reaches of the canal. Fishing off the pontoon was fun. The kids loved the pool, adults too. Big living areas to spread out plus the outdoor areas were expansive. Plenty of room to take in the view.

Yulunga 20 - Four Bedroom Canal Home with Pool is located 15 minutes' walk from Mooloolaba Beach, 5 minutes' drive from Alexandra Headland Beach and 10 minutes' drive from Underwater World. This 4-bedroom holiday home includes a fully equipped, self-contained kitchen, a dining area, lounge area and a lovely view of the outdoor area and canal. The outdoor entertaining area is furnished and comes with a built-in BBQ and a swimming pool overlooking the water. The back of the property is fully fenced. For you entertainment, the 2nd lounge has a billiards table. Guests enjoy exclusive access to a 6-metre pontoon to keep a boat or skis. WiFi is available from 18 December, 2016.

2 levels 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home on canal with magnificent water views. Fantastic living spaces inside and out, with a pool and a pontoon! The home is conveniently located within walking distance to Mooloolaba Beach, shops and restaurants, close to parklands and the bowls club as well as convenience stores! Multiple living areas with a separate lounge that features a pool table and bar, Wifi, Air conditioning in upstairs hallway and games room, ceiling fans. The canal front is fully fenced for children's safety. A King Bed, a Queen Bed, a Double/Single Bunk (double on bottom and single on top) and 2 Single Beds to accommodate up to 9 guests. Outdoors, there is a pool, BBQ, and exclusive 6 metre pontoon for guests to keep a boat or skis for fun in the sun. Please notify us if you are bringing a boat. Driveway parking for 2 vehicles. Please note there is no access to the garage You may also hire beach towels directly from G1 Holidays. Please note that this property has a strict no function/party policy and does not accept schoolies/school leavers bookings.
