Great location across the road from the beach, off street parking and restaurant nearby. Staff were very attentive and friendly and our room had a beach view with lots of dolphins sited from our balcony

Shoal bay has always been a holiday destination for us.
Shoal bay has always been a holiday destination for us. Been many times over the years and it never disappoints. My kids loved it and now the grandkids love the ease of getting to all amenities. The beach is just across the road. Shops within walking distance. Fresh air and wonderful selection is cafes and ice cream shops. The country club is our favourite place to get a great meal. We hired a canoe and paddled out to the beautiful turquoise waters. Can't explain it you have to experience it yourself.

Love the coastal area.
Love the coastal area. Minimal traffic, high rise and not over developed.
Beautiful beaches with blue tranquil water. Definitely Not a surfing beach. White sand .
Seems like a very safe area. Good places to eat. Try the Country Club for a great meal or afternoon cocktails . Also the Atmos Greek Restaurant was very nice. 5 mins drive to Little Bay Boathouse a great restaurant we lived. 10 minutes to the larger town of Nelson Bay if you want to shop, dine, or need anything. Also a wharf there with fresh seafood available.

It was a beautiful place, what would be good is a place to hire beach chairs. I didn't go to beach cause I can't sit without chair.Transport to airport was great right out side door nearly and cheap, bus driver helped put cases on and off.

The shower head in the ensuite need improved.
The shower head in the ensuite need improved. Would be nice if proper bedside tables in the ensuite. Need some cereal bowls in the kitchen.
The whole apartment is well equipped and well maintained.
Nearby we visited Koala Santuary, Shark & Ray Encounters , Gan Gan lookout, Bob's farm Murray and nearby bay and beaches. Very nice scenery.
I'm very pleased of the stay. Will book again.
This property has everything you need and more! From the moment we booked, Jenni reached out to us and made us feel so welcome. Jenni was very accommodating and there was excellent communication throughout the whole process.
The property was stocked with all the staple items and was clean, spacious and great for large groups. The pool was clean and ready to go!
Perfect location if you are looking for a beachside getaway! It is a 2 min walk (if that) to Shoal Bay, cafes, fish and chips takeaway and the country club.
The location was central to many beaches (Box Beach, Fingal Bay, Shoal Bay) and the garden was lovely and well maintained. The air conditioning worked well and the bathrooms were clean and spacious. The bedrooms were also a good size. The property managers responded quickly when the hot water stopped working and rectified the problem within a few hours. The washing machine works well.
The apartment was gorgeous, comfortable and well equipped. The view was spectacular and wonderful to wake up to.
Location was also very convenient, plenty of restaurants in the area and few steps away from the beach. Mount Tomaree is also just a walking distance away.
It was very private, clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the beach and some shops. The accommodation was bigger than it looked in the pictures. Nice surprise.
The location is great. There are a number of cafes and restaurants close to the apartment. Waling distance to shoal bay beach. Wonderful view from the balcony.
