Dear traveller, I Manage 5 properties in the centre of Fremantle. My aim There is Simply The Best, near new studio apartment, located in an apartment building on Quarry St walking distance to everything Fremantle has to offer. The studio has a queen size bed, a single bed, a small kitchen with stovetop , microwave, cooking utensils and fridge. Theres a spacious balcony with table and 4 chairs and the bathroom with its huge shower doubles as a laundry. Free road side parking is available as is secure car parking 5 minutes walk away. The studio is fully air conditioned , hot and cold. LOCATION LOCATION VACATION 1 bedroom apartments in an old building right in town. Each apartment sleeps 3, there is a queen size bed in the bedroom, ( the bathroom runs off the bedroom) and a single bed is tidily nestled in the lounge room at the end of the sofa, under the air conditioner infront of the tv. The kitchen has a stovetop , fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and kitchen utensils. There is A laundry on the ground floor of this complex. FAMILY FRIENDLY Is also at this ADELAIDE St near Target department store location. Similar kitchen fit out , 2 bedrooms, sleeps 5.
My mission is to supply AFFORDABLE, CLEAN, WELL LOCATED accommodation. At all my properties you can abandon your car in the free carpark and explore on foot, walk to the ferry terminal and go to Rottnest, walk to the markets, the prison, bathers beach, more restaurants than you can count, Local supermarket 5 minutes walk away. It’s not a luxury hotel, there isn’t a swimming pool, or room service, in fact there isn’t even a reception desk so we do have to make contact and I supply you with easy to follow self checkin details and of course you have my phone number if you need to contact me. I have operated these properties for almost 5 years and run on a year round occupancy rate of almost 90 per cent. LOCATION, affordability and cleanliness are IMPORTANT.
