1770 Beach Accommodation is a family owned and operated business run by Richard and Jo, who took the plunge and took this business over in December 2023, after falling in love with the area on various holidays to the beautiful Agnes Water & 1770. We specialise in holiday property letting and are a buyer's advocate for Agnes Water & 1770. We hope that our guests fall in love with the area the way we did, and will always want to return.

Welcome to Loka Santi Beach side Holiday apartments, a unique and peaceful place to recharge, relax and enjoy your very special holiday experience. Situated within the natural surrounds of the dunes, Loka Santi provides all the comforts of home with the added touch of luxury. The complex is situated in a quiet street and no roads to cross on the way to the beach. All apartments are fully self contained, unique in design and décor, offering air conditioning, private laundry, spacious balconies, private gas BBQ, free guest supply starter pack, free to air TV in all apartments, a pool available year round (heated in winter), and free underground parking. A comfortable 80 meter stroll through a flat sand trail leads you directly onto 5 kilometres of pristine surf beach. Loka Santi Penthouse 14 offers free Wi-Fi and Netflix.

Neighbourhood information

The area is surrounded by National Parks, pristine waterways and long stretches of unspoiled beaches which front onto the Coral Sea. Along the headlands of Seventeen Seventy visitors are offered amazing panoramic views across Bustard Bay, the estuary & creeks. We enjoy an excellent year-round climate with Queensland’s northernmost surf beach at Agnes Water for surfing and beach activities. Along the Bay at 1770 you can walk along the parklands and enjoy kayaking, fishing and paddle boarding. It is a short drive to the variety of cafes & boutique shops in the Agnes Water shopping Village or walk down to the beautiful Agnes Water surf beach for a leisurely day along the water. A vibrant market takes place between Agnes Water & 1770 every second Sunday morning.
