Property information

Located on the North West corner of Beach and Ritchie Street The Penthouse is bathed in sunshine all day long. The windows are tinted and doubled glazed so it doesn't get too hot. If it is, no problem, turn on the powerful aircondtioners and you will be as hot or as cold as you want.Bright and modern colours greet you at The Penthouse. A fantastic ceiling painted in Dulux Divinci Red suede effect paint gives the feeling of being in a Bedouin tent, Beech timber and terracotta tiles give The Penthouse a real Mediteranian feel. B e d t i m e The Penthouse has three bedrooms ,with one queen size bed, one Kingsize bed and two singles that can be zipped together to make a kingsize bed. The Mattresses are hand made in Warrnambool and have a soft wool top ensuring a perfect nights sleep. Bedroom one has its own ensuite, and bedroom 2 & 3 share a separate shower and toilet. Bedroom 3 accesses directly to the sun deck B a t h t i m e Bubble away to your hearts content .... bring your favorite bubble bath and aromatherapy oils. An ensuite to die for, double spa bath with water jets and a 3 speed hot air blower. Granite surrounds and floor complete the picture.
