Palm Cove is an idyllic spot!

Palm Cove is an idyllic spot! Sarayi Boutique Hotel is right on the Esplanade and only about 50 metres from the beach! Our room was comfortable, but did not have a view, which was not too bad, as it was so easy to get to the beach. We loved being able to walk along the Esplanade and dine at various excellent restaurants. Sarayi is right next door to a prestigious hotel whose tariff is three times that of Sarayi's, with no advantage in its position!

We like the location of Palm Cove.

We like the location of Palm Cove. It's easy to get to the Kuranda Sky Rail, the Cairns lagoon, Reef trips and all the other sights in that area. We did a big day trip down to Paronella Park, which was a great drive and you can see many many banana and sugar plantations. The only thing that caught is out wa she local supermarkets close at 6pm on Sundays! Funtastic place to stay, and can't wait to go back again next year. The local Surf Club does a great meal and likewise the local Tavern. Great morning walks along the beach and back thorugh all the lovely boutique shops.

The beach is beautiful, shops are easily accessible, the restaurants and cafes are way over priced and not worth the while, if you want a nice meal and value for your money the surf life club has it for you, very good value and excellent food

Getting to Palm Cove is very easy from the airport, only a short drive. Lots of restaurant options, NuNu was excellent. Beautiful path along the beach down to the jetty for walking. The water is warm but there are stingers, so we only swam in the resort pools. Everything was very easy with a toddler as well.

The apartment was magnificent! Fully stocked for every possible need. The view across to the beach was the perfect setting for relaxation at any time of day. I really enjoyed capturing the sunrise. There are no better apartments in Palm Cove. We have stayed at numerous places up and down Williams Esplanade and this is the best. Thank you to the hosts for their thought and care in presenting such an impressive apartment.

The large lagoon pool and swim up pool bar is a key attraction for us when we visit Peppers at Palm Cove. The breakfast provides a good level of variety with plenty of healthy choices. The staff are always friendly and make every effort to ensure our stay is as enjoyable as possible. We appreciated the staff remembering us from previous stays and thought the bottle of sparkling wine was a nice touch.

Amazing location - right in the middle of town and restaurants. Best pool in town as it was in the sun all day with huge amounts of sun lounges. Loved being part of the Peppers resort. Beautifully comfortable bed. Good facilities inc coffee machine , tv’s, elec frying pan, and a bath on the balcony!!! And we appreciated the linen change midway through our stay because we booked more than 6 nights.

Really great value small hotel with Bali-style gardens around a central pool and several covered outdoor areas for barbequing, yoga etc. The hosts were great and always friendly and helpful. Our apartment had two bedrooms, a very usable living area, quite a large kitchenette and direct access to the pool. The hotel is a very short walk to the beach and the restaurant strip.

Beautiful pools, excellent size apartment with all you need for your stay. Our room was ground floor courtyard access and it was fantastic for our kids. Not far just 5 min walk from Main Street, bars & restaurants and palm cove beach. Washer and dryer in our apartment which was excellent to have. Great BBQ facilities. I would stay again if rates were fair.

Lovely location. We stayed in a private apartment, but could use the facilities of the hotel. Bed was comfy, breakfast wasn't included, but was lovely. The swim up bar was nice and pool area was very relaxing. Reception were really helpful booking trips. The area was a lovely place to stay and the bus into Cairns was easy. Would visit Palm Cove again.

This is a tough question to respond to, as the Alamanda Palm Cove is not a hotel, nor does it meet any of the basic expectations of a hotel, such as restaurant (it doesn’t have one), room service (it’s not offered) or Breakfast facilities (nothing is available).
