Featuring: * four bedrooms * three bathrooms * Huge, remote-controlled, double lock-up garage + storage room * Modern, spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances and stone benchtops * Smart TVs in living areas, Netflix available * Floor to ceiling tiles in all bathrooms * Quality tapware throughout * Gas BBQ * Decorative cornices * Ample storage including a walk in linen/storage cupboard upstairs * Ceiling fans throughout * Polished, hardwood timber floors * Wi-Fi The unit has a perfect north-east aspect and the complex has been fully landscaped including a huge turfed area for the kids. Wi-Fi Undoubtedly one of the best holiday properties in Rainbow Beach, this unit boasts three decks all with incredible 360 degree views incorporating the famous Carlo Sand Blow, Fraser Island and the Sandy Straits breathtaking! The unit has a perfect north-east aspect and the complex has been fully landscaped including a huge turfed area for the kids. Also features a large pool boasting glass pool fencing and quality timber decking to relax around. Sleeps ten in one x king sized bed, two x queen size beds, two x single beds and a fold out lounge. Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers. Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy. Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost. Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwash etc..
