Seaspray Villa is a private and luxurious escape in Shoal Bay, just a 1-minute walk from the shops, restaurants and beach. North facing, it has a beautiful panoramic view of Shoal Bay and over to Hawks Nest and the mountains beyond. Recently furnished, it has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a laundry and covered parking. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and an private bathroom with a walk in shower. The main bathroom has a bathtub, that is also a spa bath. The second bedroom has 2 singles. The lounge room has a fold out double sofa bed (with an inner spring mattress and trapeze base). It is a wide property, with high ceilings.
