Providing excellent value for money and under a 5-minute walk to Shoal Bay's best restaurants, shops, cafes and the famous Shoal Bay Country Club.   Fabulous two-bedroom unit has floor to ceiling slide back doors in the living area that open out onto the sunny covered balcony with outdoor dining and tremendous views along the foreshore, there is also a TV, DVD player, CD player and ceiling fan available in the living area.   A fully equipped kitchen with granite bench tops, full cooking facilities, dishwasher and the bonus of having an internal laundry with a top loading washing machine, there is also a communal clothes lines at the rear of the building.   The main bedroom has a ceiling fan whilst bedroom two has a ceiling fan and a TV which only can be used for DVD purposes - perfect for the children.  The bathroom has been fully renovated and provides a shower, toilet and vanity.
