Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Please note that this property has a 'No Party Policy'.
At Talisman Apartments we continue to strive to not just meet the expectations of our guests, we endeavour to pass these standards. Part of this is improving the property and apartments, during the period of 1st of February 2023 - 31st of August 2023 there will be some apartment renovations and also a full lift refurbishment of both lifts, NOT the apartment you are staying in. So during this period from time to time there will be some inconvenience for our guests and a lot for the staff and management, managing the process. We will be working with the contractors to assure this is kept to an absolute minimum. Working hours are limited to 9:30am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday. There will be usual noise associated with renovations during these times, however Jack hammering will only be carried out Mondays from 10am - 3pm.
From time to time during this period the building will be operating with one lift during the refurbishment of the other lift.
Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00.
