1770 Beach Accommodation is a family owned and operated business run by Richard and Jo, who took the plunge and took this business over in December 2023, after falling in love with the area on various holidays to the beautiful Agnes Water & 1770. We specialise in holiday property letting and are a buyer's advocate for Agnes Water & 1770. We hope that our guests fall in love with the area the way we did, and will always want to return.

The Little House is a fully self-contained holiday cottage, right in the heart of Agnes Water – The Little House will delight you with its charm. Short, leisurely stroll to the pristine five kilometre long Agnes Water surf beach, shopping village, restaurants and cafes. There is no Wi-Fi available at this property. Please note that Vodafone does not operate in the area and that phone coverage can be limited/patchy in this area. Given the location of the house and the flora and fauna around the property, it is possible that some wildlife (bugs, insects, birds, frogs) may frequent on the verandah and in garden areas.

Neighbourhood information

The area is surrounded by National Parks, pristine waterways and long stretches of unspoiled beaches which front onto the Coral Sea. Along the headlands of Seventeen Seventy visitors are offered amazing panoramic views across Bustard Bay, the estuary & creeks. We enjoy an excellent year-round climate with Queensland’s northernmost surf beach at Agnes Water for surfing and beach activities. Along the Bay at 1770 you can walk along the parklands and enjoy kayaking, fishing and paddle boarding. It is a short drive to the variety of cafes & boutique shops in the Agnes Water shopping Village or walk down to the beautiful Agnes Water surf beach for a leisurely day along the water. There is a vibrant market that takes place every second Sunday morning.
