The owner is the sweetest person in the world. The place is so clean, spacious, quiet, and peaceful. You have everything you need to cook your meals from home and you literally can walk out the door and walk or bike and follow the river to downtown in 30 minutes. By tram it’s around 20. We were also able to see different birds and ducks along the water.
