Although it is not a historic city nor a place for spending holiday I love Campo Grande because of its center full of restaurants (especially Japanese), Feira Central, Mercadao Municipal and a park with capybaras. It could be a good place to start and finish a journey to Pantanal.

Large capital (1 million inhabitants) with good restaurant options, 3 large shopping malls, a nice central park and relatively safe. It's a big city nonetheless, nothing special about it. The museums are not great, there's an aquarium still in construction. CG is generally used as a hub to trips to the Pantanal - the really interesting part of the State of Mato Grosso do Sul.

Campo Grande is a nightmare to navigate so make sure you plan in advance and use a Sat Nav if you can. Lot's of one way systems and no left or right turns. Once you take a wrong turn it's almost impossible to navigate back. We added 2 hours to our drive time getting to Foz Igaucu, because we missed an exit on a round about and it made it extra hard as we weren't use to driving on the other side of the road?!!

Didn’t have enough time to rate properly as it was stopover on the way to Bonito but it seemed a modern safe city with all the amenities you would expect was perfect for us to relax and recharge and shop while on our travels
First and foremost, I was greeted with warm and friendly smiles by the hotel staff upon my arrival. Their professionalism and attentiveness were evident from the start, making me feel instantly welcomed and valued as a guest. Throughout my stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, Their genuine hospitality truly made a difference and added a personal touch to my overall experience.
The hotel is very nice, the neighborhood is quiet. There are restaurants and shopping malls near the hotel. The food was nice and the staff very gentle. Very good relation price and quality of stay. Everytime I come to Campo Grande I stay in this hotel.
A nice place in Campo Grande to spend a couple of days and go further to the Pantanal. Near a big supermarket, the hostel has an excellent kitchen. Big blue parrots lived nearby (one of the symbols of the Pantanal). Very hospitable hosts.
Spacious room, comfortable bed, powerfull shower, good air conditioning, decent breakfast (coffee could be a bit more tastefull), sufficient parking space.
In general it is just a good hotel. Nothing special, but also no major flaws
Its a nice comfortable hotel with a nice room and bed and shower. Everything worked well and reception was nice and helpful. It was a 5-10 minute uber ride to the restaurant and bars but the location was still nice.
Great choice for everyone who wants to relax and enjoy a good breakfast (local specialities included). Although the hotel is not in the city centre it is very well located close to the famous park with capybaras.
Excellent location. Right across the hotel is a discount convenience store with the lowest prices I have seen in Brazil so far. Very good breakfast. Very friendly staff. Very good Internet.
We stayed in the hotel as transit between the airport and the departure of our tour to Pantanal. I wouldn't stay here for another reason. Rooms are clean. Staff is very friendly.
Surprisingly modern hotel. Really clean, modern, large room with 2 balconies. Large bathroom, comfy bed and really helpful staff. Breakfast was a bit simple but fine.
Good room. Nice staff. Hotel was probably a very good one in the past, but it is “tired” and need a face lift. Anyhow, it was good value for the money!
