Please note that if a minor is accompanied by an adult other than a parent, a written authorization must be given for check-in at the hotel. This authorization must be signed by both parents, authenticated and accompanied by certified copies of the parents' identity documents. All children under 18 years of age must also present a valid photo ID that proves their identity and that of their parents. This document must be presented even if the minor is accompanied by them. If the minor is accompanied by only one parent, a notarized authorization must be presented and signed by the absent parent, together with a certified copy of the identity document. Please note that visitors are not allowed in the premises. Only guests registered at check in can access.

A damage deposit of R$ 1,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
