Ótima localização, próximo a mercados, drogaria, restaurantes, etc. Fácil de acessar a via Dutra, Penedo, Parque Nacional do Itatiaia, Visconde de Mauá. Excelente custo benefício. Cozinha completa com tudo que é necessário para uma boa estadia. Anfitrião educado e atencioso.
