A localização é ótima, o entorno é seguro, tem opções de restaurantes para ir a pé mesmo. O quarto é confortável, muito limpo, tudo funcionando bem. O preço da diária é justo, com certeza vale a pena hospedar-se nesse estabelecimento. Quero registrar meu elogio e agradecimento à recepcionista Thaise que teve uma super competência para entrar em contato com o taxista que me trouxe até o hotel no check-in. Ocorreu que eu perdi minha carteira no táxi. Nela estavam meus documentos, quatro cartões de débito/crédito e algum dinheiro. Eu não sabia o nome do taxista, nem o número do táxi, modelo do carro, nada...A Thaise deu um jeito de descobrir quem era o taxista (Sr. Antônio), que retornou e me entregou a carteira com o conteúdo perfeito. Parabéns, Thaise, pela proatividade e tato para conduzir a situação! O Asppen Hotel acerta em tê-la no time. Muito obrigado!
