O projeto da casa sem duvidas é espetacular. Paulo Mendes da Rocha foi muito feliz na concepção do projeto e a sensação que tínhamos era como se a vegetação presente se fundisse com a arquitetura de modo a dar privacidade aos hospedes e um clima muito agradável a casa. a casa é bem equipada com pratos, talheres, utensílios.

The house is located in the an exclusive stone peninsula, 180 over the Ribeira Bay between 2 beaches. It is next to the condominium Green Coast and 12km from the city center of Angra dos Reis, RJ. It has solarium and boardwalks moorings paragrapf boats. A unique architectural design apparent concrete slab in balance upported by 4 central over the rock from brazilian Paulo Mendes da Rocha - Pritzker Prize for Architecture in 2006, and in 2016 received the Lion Award Gold of the Venice Biennale of Architecture in Venice Coaey and author amoung other Architectural Design of the reform of the Pinacoteca do Estado de São Paulo and the Museum of Sculpture / SP. The house is seated on this large granite rock - the Ponta de Itapirapuan in Baia da Ribeira a very protected and exclusive sea with broad direct access to the crystalline sea. Has great view with glass windows to the Pico do Frade and the mountains of Serra da Bocaina and its waterfalls as garnished with contemporary mobilia.

The Pontal neighborhood in the area where the house is located is the site of an old farm and today occupied by some houses and the condominium Green Coast. I is a well- protected area, with access by the Rio-Santos highway, with an entrance by a secondary road 1km and half. It is out of the condominium by its guardhouse access. I has proximity to the Japuiba neighborhood, 8 mins, wich has shops, services, and super market.
