A casa é bem espaçosa, com um pátio grande na frente e área fechada nos fundos. A cozinha possui todos os utensílios necessários para uma estadia confortável. Há cadeiras para levar para praia, guarda sol, carrinho para carregar esses itens, tanque para lavar roupa, varal, churrasqueira e e também um chuveiro na rua quando chegamos da praia. Há muitas camas, colchões e sofás. Ventiladores de teto em todos os cômodos. Apenas é necessário levar roupa de cama e banho. A casa fica a duas quadras da praia, possui sorveteria perto e mercado perto. Fica a 1,5 km do centrinho de Nova Tramandaí, onde há bastante opção de comércio e lazer. Super indico o local e o anfitrião, que nos recebeu muito bem e com quem a comunicação ocorreu de forma rápida antes e durante a hospedagem.
