Charming holiday home in a quiet neighborhood in Barra de Ibiraquera/ Alto Arroio. Only 5 min drive from the beach, Barra de Ibiraquera, famous for surfing and wind surfing and kite surfing activities. Only 5 min walk from a wonderfull sweetwater laguna. Our house is perfectly located, close to several beautiful beaches, ponds, dunes and much more. You are close to all the places where things are happening, and at the same time, here it is a quiet neighbourhood, where you can rest; the best of two worlds. The house was built and planned by the owners who originally intended to live there. A project that involved a lot of love and dedication. Every detail, every corner has its charm, balconies with hammocks to rest and relax. A delightful terrace behind, overlooking the trees. Airconditioning (cold/warm) in the main bedroom. Hydro-massage tub to relax after a wonderful day on the beach. On colder days, you have the opportunity to warm up with the fireplace in the double room or on the wood stove. We have installed electric gate and a sensor detection alarm system, to give an extra security. The house is cozy and it has everything you need to enjoy and rest.

I love to travel and relax in beautiful places, I chose to have a house in this área, because of the amazing Nature all around. I build this house for my self, every corner, every detail was made with so much love and care.
The beach of Barra de Ibiraquera is famous for surfing and wind surfing and kite surfing activities. In the lagoon of Ibiraquera you can practice wind surf, kayak and stand up, being perfect for children to enjoy and play. On the beach of Barra de Ibiraquera you will find local restuarants with fresh fish such as the traditional Tartaruga Restaurant, the Mevlana Garden resort on the edge of the Lagoon that offers high quality Spa services, Pizzeria, Gastronomy Restaurant, Meditation activities , and a charming shop. It is also possible to explore the region of Garopaba and many beautiful beaches, such as Praia do Rosa, Ferrugem, Silveira, Barrinha, Síriu, among others. This region is especially known for the richness of the environment that gathers beautiful beaches, sand dunes, mountains, waterfalls and many lakes. In addition to having an immense diversity of birds, from July to November we are gifted with the presence of the Franca Whales. The whole region is full of charm, with an immense gastronomic diversity, bars with live music, and many beautiful shops. Here you will find everything, combining comfort, sophistication and exuberant nature.
