Flat maravilhoso, com uma piscina na cobertura, 150 metros do shopping brisamar ao qual tem show a cada 15 dias e uma excelente praça de alimentação. 350 metros, 5 minutos a pé na praia do gonzaguinha de todo o comercio de São vicente do VLT. EXCELENTE LOCALIZAÇÃO.
Show a cada 15 dias no brisamar shopping, 150 metros do flat, varios barzinhos proximo como o boteco burgman. Varios restaurantes, 350 metros da praia do gonzaguinha.
