We arrived at 10pm with our one year old to make a reservation and they said they were full. So I went to booking.com to see if I could still find a room and I found multiple rooms at the “booked out hotel”. I would say it was probably a lazy staff? Poor attendance and less the hospitable service for a family late at night— it would be a different story if they really didn’t have room.
