Não é luxuoso ,mas é limpo e oferece conforto sim. O custo benefício é excelente. A proprietária atendeu muito bem desde o início, passando informações e tirando dúvidas. Fomos recepcionados por uma funcionária que conferiu tudo e providenciou o que faltava. Gratidão
