Very comfortable bed, great garden full of birds whose song you wake up to, relaxed vibe. The two women who work there were also responsive when we asked for anything. On the last day they made us breakfast earlier than the normal time as we had to leave at 8am, so that was very nice. They also made my diabetic stepfather an extra sandwich for the trip. The pousada is super close to the beach in a quiet area, but you have easy access to Morro de São Paulo with the passenger or taxiboat. Gamboa is much quieter than Morro, but you have several options for dinner and a more local, authentic vibe, we really liked it.
