I really liked the hotel facilities, the water park and the playground. It has a greatful estructure for the family and children. Having free tickets to enter the hotel chain water parks gave us an extraordinary experience at Caldas Novas.

All rooms have air conditioning, TV, mini-bar, free WiFi and private bathroom. Please note, when booking 9 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Hotel Thermas Prive is a 13-minute walk from the center of Caldas Novas and a 31-minute walk from the bus station. Shopping Tropical is a 3-minute walk away.

- Parking is rotating and subject to availability upon check-in.
- In case of advance payment, the credit card holder must be a guest and must present a photo ID and credit card used to make the reservation upon check-in.
- Pursuant to Articles 82 and 83 of the ECA (Child and Adolescent Statute), the accommodations of minors without supporting documents is prohibited, and only RG and Birth Certificates are valid, together with the parents' travel authorization registered in notary office, in case the minor travels with another major responsible.
