A decoração campestre das instalações do sítio em conjunto com o receptivo dos colaboradores, a preservação da antiga casa dos ascendentes com sua mobília, e um delicioso café da manhã feito com receitas transmitidas entre várias gerações, conferem ao Villa aquela sensação de aconchego e de afetividade que não encontramos no tratamento impessoal da cadeia hoteleira tradicional. Há também, a opção de almoçar no local, o que vale muito a pena, considerando que a comida feita por eles é bem caseira e nutritiva, contando com sucos e doces que são tradição na mesa da família Holanda.
