Tem um desumidificador muito eficiente (tem que jogar fora a água que é gerada no recipiente). O Wi-fi é rápido, igual ao Bruce Lee! Tem um varal retrátil para por as toalhas abertas. Gostamos também da varandinha, dos bombons e da vaga para nosso carro que a proprietária nos ofereceu.
