Sunrise Property Management was established in 2016 by Simon Backley and Amanda Syme. Simon has lived in Belize since 2000 and has worked in the Belize tourism sector for in Destination Management, Yacht Charter Management, Property Management and tourism support services. Amanda has lived in Belize since 1981 and has over 30 years of experience in the Real Estate sector along with experience at hotels and other tourism related businesses. As of mid 2020 Sunrise Property has six properties under management comprising of 19 individual rental units/villas with a capacity of almost 100 guests. We pride ourselves on providing our guests with a vacation to remember at exceptional properties for exceptional value.

Heading north from town by boat you reach an area of Ambergris Caye where the color of the water takes your breath away; that is where you will find the charming vacation rental Anil Mar. Anil Mar is located 6.5 miles north of the town bridge and is the same distance of drive from Secret Beach! Anil Mar is the perfect island escape. Numerous restaurants are only a short golf cart ride away. Our caretaker Adam is a licensed tour guide and is available for private fishing tours, snorkeling trips and beach BBQ's. For those that need to stay connected, the home has 40Mb Fiber Internet with great Wi-Fi coverage inside and out . Perfect for both the adventure crowd and the coffee and a book fan club; once you check in you’ll never want to leave. Fronted by the Mexico Rocks Marine Reserve and the Belize Barrier Reef, this 3,200 square foot beachfront home offers 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the upper level and the separate lower level has one bedroom, a bathroom, a sitting area and is accessed by it's own entrance. Anil Mar is surrounded by white sand and offers a private pool and a 250 foot pier with a palapa.
