Keys were in lock box beside door so no interaction was required to check in. Staff was helpful and answered any time we called. Pool was small but clean. We used the laundry service and they picked it up in the morning and dropped it off in the afternoon for a very reasonable price.

Door to door service with a driver we booked through the company called George who was amazing! All staff very friendly and welcoming, Ana answered any questions we had and helped us organise an amazing tour. Water provided and a small shop round the corner. Good tv and lovely pool- right on the beach so you don’t have to leave the grounds! Very quiet as further out from the town but about a 20 minute walk from a bigger store and delicious bakery :-)

The location was quite far from the main town which is great for quietness, but renting a golf cart would be advisable. There is 2 excellent restaurants and a small grocery store within walking distance. The pool and waterfront location was beautiful.

Så dejligt sted og rolige omgivelser. Det ligger et godt stykke væk fra midt byen, men hvis man ønsker et stille og afslappet sted, så er det her virkeligt godt. Der er gode spisesteder tæt på. Både pool området er dejligt og vandet er kun få stridt fra lejligheden. Der er mulighed for at snorkle og låne kajakker. Det er en stor og hyggelig lejlighed, med god mulighed for at lave mad og have nogle dage/aftner hjemme.

We liked this property, but I was most happy with the bed in the Black Orchid apartment, as I got a good nights sleep each night. A good mattress is often the hardest thing to find on this island. Excellent water pressure in showers. Lovely private beach area. There are self service use of kayaks, life jackets and paddles under the palapa, giant Jenga & cornhole, kids sand toys, and pool floats.

La tranquilidad del complejo. Todo limpio y bien cuidado. La seguridad de sentirte sola pero totalmente bien en cuanto a dejar la puerta abierta o la mochila en el muelle. Hay Kayak gratis a disposición. Una tiendita cercana pero bien cara. Y un lugar maravilloso para cenar y con desayuno hasta las 5.00 pm. SOMEPLACE, con música en vivo y una comida espectacular. Mi estancia allí fue lo que buscaba.

Lovely location. Great pool. Quiet but easy to get somewhere for more activity. Great set up near the beach with the palapa, chairs, hammocks. Condo was small but well-equipped. The contact person (Ana) was very good about responding in a timely manner, and had great suggestions for things to do.

The room was small but we knew this going in. It met our expectations. Quiet except for one night where the neighbors blasted mariachi music until midnight, slammed doors, and whooped it up. The location was great for not being right in the middle of things but convenient enough to go into town when you want to.
