Our B and B is a west Coast Designed home on an ocean front park. Although it is old it boasts of wood interior and loads of windows that take in the ocean views. Set back off the road and separate entrances there is ample privacy. A scenic walk through a nature park and beach access is adjacent to us . On a bus route makes for getting around the city fairly easy.
Both Neil and Fran are born and raised here in Nanaimo. Neil has many interests and hobbies that include building and fixing things, such as his Solar hot water and heaters . He also enjoys his garden and fruit trees which Fran cans and makes jam and goodies from. Fran is a quilter and scrabble player, but loves her kitchen where she bakes goodies each day. There's always a puzzle to work on in the common area.
We have a quiet, well established neighborhood where people stay for decades. Because we are semi-waterfront , have our own nature park, access to the beach, on a bus route and walking distance to shopping, pubs, restaurants and marinas makes us a desireable place to live.
