The property was very clean, quiet and we were delighted with the fireplace in our room and the spa bathtub. We did not have a chance to try the bar or any food.

The guy will see us on the front desk. He is very nice. He helped me a lot. I was coming from the long way trip. He did his best appreciate it thanks to him for everything. He’s done so kind so I appreciate it again.

For the Vegetarian in your life try La Belle Verte or Astoria Bistro. The Parks in Gatineau have plenty of equipment to entertain my VERY ACTIVE 5 year old granddaughter and close by is the Children's Museum.. It is easy to get around by car, bus or Bike. There is quiet a bit of road work going on at present

We went to Gatineau for a walking/hiking trip. It is close to the Gatineau National Park which has a lot of walking trails. It also has other walking trails along the Ottawa and Gatineau Rivers.
Great restaurants in the Old Hull area.
Shopping centres every where.
Lots of highways, hardly any road traffic.

I absolutely did not like the place.
I absolutely did not like the place. Not renovated in decades. Old, smelly and dirty. There was rotten, smelly pork in the fridge that felt warm when opened. We left after we've seen the place and booked another hotel this time. Hotels at least have standards that are verified. It was impossible to sleep there even for a night. I have been at other locations in Gatineau before and is usually convenient and close to all tourist attractions. Do not book this place

Front desk was fine and helpful.
Front desk was fine and helpful. What was not acceptable was no working air conditioning and no working heat. We had 2 false fire alarms where we had to evacuate from the 8th floor down stairs. No housekeeping as they were short staffed for 3 days!! Towels were thread bare. And after a long day, we looked forward to a nice soak in the hot tub but they didn’t have one! And pricing for a breakfast was way too expensive! Most hotels have something included.
No restaurant or meal available during our stay.
It was the staff holiday party, nothing was said upon our arrival we even went to see the restaurant during the day, no notice or info on the hôtel website. Very desapointed we got caught at 9pm nothing open in the area ecept for McDonald's. They even told us they would be open for breakfast but were'nt.
From the moment we entered the hotel, the staff was incredible. Helpful, kind and their energy makes you want to come back again. The wonderful lady who checked us in was beyond helpful and the lady who served me coffee in the morning was a pleasure to be around and her energy alone makes you want to come back! The best hotel I've stayed at in a long time.
Four Points has become our preferred place to stay when visiting Ottawa/Gatineau. We love the location most of all. Just a 2-minute walk to a beautiful path which stretches along the river - quieter than staying right in Byward Market but close enough to easily take advantage of all its attractions. Rooms are clean and well-equipped.
It was the only property available within 30 minutes of Ottawa during the Tulip Festival weekend when all the power went out in the area, so it provided us a place for our family of 4 (including a 2 and 5 year old) to sleep for the night last minute when our actual hotel would not allow us to check-in.
Quiet hotel in a calm and quiet area. Relatively close to Ottawa and activities in Gatineau, ~30min drive. Was much cheaper than most hotels we saw in area, and since we were going to stay out all day, all we wanted is a good bed to sleep in once we return. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
The air-conditioner is automatically adjusted, the place is clean, zero-noise and super fresh. I enjoyed my stay there by shopping near groceries where I found everything I wanted. If I had to pass by Gatineau next time - I would definitely stay there.
The room is nice and clean. The location is a bit far from city centre and not easy to go without car. The most convenient parking lots in front of the building is always full, but there is still lots of parking area at the back of the hotel.
We really enjoyed the hotel-provided toiletries. They were all Dove products and a large quantity, which was great for our room of 4 people. We also enjoyed how the swimming pool had salt water and not typical chlorine.
An old style motel on the outside, with a clean and updated look inside.
Good Vietnamese food across the street, and excellent pastries just past TimHortons.
Easy access into Ottawa, and the Gatineau area.
The hotel is very neat and clean the staff are very accommodating. We enjoyed our room and the breakfast is delicious as well. I highly recommended and definitely come back. Thank you so much.
