Cleaning and sanitation work is very good, there are a few good room attendants treat guests very friendly, but the front desk staff on the morning of the check-out day constantly knock on the door to harass the guest is very dissatisfied, from the beginning of the thought that it is the guest's fault did not call them to explain, and I have lived in many other countries around the hotel, according to the practice is the morning front desk call to ask whether you need to continue the stay or check out, and then the guest will tell the approximate check-out time, just quietly pack yourself and your luggage and then leave beautifully. The front desk supervisor and service staff here do not have basic courtesy to treat the guests who stayed for more than ten days, the accommodation fee is basically equivalent to the average salary of the local people for a month, and then get such a result, my first day of check-in time is about three o'clock in the afternoon and the check-out time is eleven o'clock in the morning, I am an hour late, there are no 7, 8 strangers knocking on the door will not be delayed for so long, I told each of them that it was half an hour to leave, I don't know if the hotel owner will have such treatment here, you should take a good look at your staff management level。

Burnaby is a distance from Vancouver.
Burnaby is a distance from Vancouver. I did not realize this when I booked. It seems to be a business area and I was a tourist. Services were spot on from dining options to taxi availability. Every time I called a taxi, it arrived almost immediately and I was cheerfully driven into Vancouver.

We had access to a number of restaurants mostly asian, and access to many places of interest including Metropolis mall on Kingsway.

With deep learn of train/bus systems and fine weather, the city offers better substitutes for those tall and costly tower hotels in downtown. Sky trains run every five min and ride chokers offered helpful transfer fully rides within 90 min.

Lots of great places to discover, and central park is great. Some areas are a little less desirable but overall found it safe and easy to get around. Traffic can be ok-to-horrible fast, so awareness of the busy times is key. Great Sushi at "Sushi Modo".

The hotel itself is awesome. The room was big and comfy equipped with a big flat TV; the washroom was clean and bright, just as what we were looking for at a hotel. But what really stood out for us during the stay was the hotel manager, who was extremely helpful when we brought up our question and request to him!
I highly recommend this hotel to people who don't mind a 15min commute to the metro station! I promise for the space and price that you paid, it's totally worth it.
I loved the house itself, it was so beautiful and the location was great for all the areas that we wanted to go to as it was close to Highway 1. Lisa was an amazing host; very sweet, attentive, kind, and knowledgeable in the whole area. She made us feel at home and comfortable! She's very easy to contact so there were absolutely no issues if we needed something. We will be staying at her home from now on when we visit Burnaby and the Vancouver area!
The beds were so comfy. Room was clean stocked with everything we need. The Breakfast was one of the best free breakfasts we’ve had in any hotel/motel. We only got to stay for one quick night as it was a work trip but we would definitely come back. Location is ok it’s off a very busy street but no street noise in the room. A convenience store just up the street. So that was handy.
Good-size suite, ours had two double beds. Lots of free parking in an otherwise busy area. Superb location close to Brentwood Skytrain station and mall. Nearby are many eateries, Whole Foods, and a liquor store. Even though in busy area, the rooms are quiet thanks to the hotel being set well back from the busy Lougheed Highway.
Ms. Anna greeted us at the door upon arrival which was so nice. Lovely lady. Her home was very nice, quiet and comfortable. It was close to the Skytrain which was very convenient and so we were able to leave our car behind to check out Vancouver. Such a youthful, vibrant city. It helped that it was great weather as well.
Really enjoyed the views! There were balconies on 2 sides which had views of the mountains and the city. There were also 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms which works great with a larger group. Nice and clean, also provides easy access to go anywhere around the Vancouver area. Overall highly recommend!
The place felt like home. Had everything needed and more. The location right on the upcoming downtown of Burnaby next to Metrotown. The unit had very tastefull Arts. Modern furnisher. The host kept in touch and was super helpful and provided an outstanding service. Perfect !! 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂
The location is decent, its a very peaceful area. Checking-in and out was easy. Bed as comfy, and everything else worked fine for me. Very standard house décor, simple and to the point. I had a good stay here, thank you.
Location is great in Burnaby - we were visiting family so this was a perfect spot. The space was very large and roomy and they even had board games out for the kids. Would happily stay here again!
The location to the skytrain and Metrotown mall made this a perfect choice for our quick Christmas shopping trip. The breakfast was a great variety with tons of hot food choices.
