Do to circumstances beyond owner control our unit was not ready so he moved us to another unit in building which turned out to be an upgrade.The owner was easy to contact and got back to me immediately.This was second stay in building.

Some hosts simply treat their home as a way to occasionally make a few bucks and therefore only provide modest accommodations and service. For us it is a business. We own the entire building and it is our business model to rent our units as executive rentals. All of our condos are spacious 2 bedroom suites and are a great value when compared to renting 2 rooms at a local hotel.
