Rooms are clean wifi is there. Some of the comments on booking.com mentioned that wifi only for students. No I'm not a student I have the access to wifi with a unique code which written on a table in each room. Matters could be bit better. But for this price no complaints. West end area fool of dangerous people. So be mindfull about this. Windows are locked asked a housekeeping personal to get a window handle. Been told that's no allowed. Super friendly staff. I didn't catch her name a freshman student who's studying biology. Big thanks to her. Super nice and polite. You don't get to see it often nowadays in Canada.
