Cuarzo Lodge, hotel in Pichilemu

Featuring a spa and wellness center, Cuarzo Lodge offers accommodations with free Wi-Fi access in Pichilemu.

We stayed in 7 different accommodations during our trip to Chile and this ranks one of the highest, the breakfast definitely the most original and best. Breakfast was either delivered to your room or enjoyed in the restaurant but it was very traditional with juice, huevos,,local breads, meats and cheese. It was a lot of food to be honest but you didn't need any lunch! Every other hotel did a rather bland array of breads, cheeses, yoghurts and coffee, this was a level above all of those. Each room seemed to have its own very private patio and nature could be enjoyed. The restaurant also did great food and the sunset views made it worthwhile in itself. The facilities were great and the WhatsApp for communication worked perfectly, even down to the video shared before arrival of how to navigate the turn into the lodge. Well done Cuarzo Lodge!

    We enjoyed the pelicans.

We enjoyed the pelicans. The town itself was very touristy and not our style. We found a restaurant we liked and had two dinners at the beach which were excellent. Could have spent another day watching the pelicans diving into the water

Pichilemu is usually awesome, however in this stay it was a bit too crowded for my taste; perhaps the fact this past weekend there was a music festival + the summer people, but the town access was terrible and most eating places very crowded; little information updated in the places social network

It was a worst experience in my life unfortunately.

It was a worst experience in my life unfortunately. I booked and paid for a deluxe room with balcony. Got standard room without balcony. Feel ripped off. In the evening until 11 pm was a live music so loud that we couldn’t hear anything on TV or sleep. We felt like in a club. There is no sound proof walls for this kind of event. There is no information on their website about very loud live music. There is no vine list. Menu is very poor. Sandwiches and curry on the sea side… We left in the night and prefer drive 3 hours back to Santiago then stay there. Lack of interpersonal skills of manager is absolutely shocking. She was very rude and arrogant almost screaming to our back while living the place. Plus on top of that we got threat email after giving bad note experience.

Beautiful charming small town, perfect for surfing. I recommend the 2 for 1 pizza at the restaurant Costa Maria. And the cheap meal in Acantilado! The nights are fresh, dont forget your warm clothes :)

The location is perfect: 10 minute walk from the beach, the surf school, and bars/restaurants. The host was very caring. The room was very clean and tidy. The beds were prepared for us 4 hours before the check-in, so it was nice to check-in as soon as we arrived to Pichilemu. Also, the hostel has a super nice outdoor terrace, which is great for eating outdoors. Further, the hostel counts with a huge kitchen and dining room, equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook.

Amazing hostel! Super central, so many shops/markets around, 5 minutes to the beach. Common areas are so nice, TV with many channels/can connect Netflix, ping pong, darts even a guitar. Terrace amazing with view of the sea (can literally check the surf from there). Also cheap board rental with the hostel or 20 percent discount at a place on the beach. Was free parking too. Room was clean and had a big window to the street. Amazing stay!

Great place to stay close to the main surfing point Punta Lobos in Pichilemu. The accommodation was clean, had a good kitchen for everyone to use, fireplace where everyone would meet up in the evenings for some drinks and music. The staff was lovely and helpful with any questions that came up. I had a great time staying here, getting to know fellow travelers and spending some chill days in the town.

The staff were very nice and helpful! The room was simple, but had everything we needed, the kitchen was big and we could easliy cool dinner there:) The location is a little outside the town center. But with the colectivo-taxi, you can reach the center and the punta de lobos in minutes. Very close to the hostel is a beautiful beach!

We had a great stay for 10 days. The dome was very comfortable, the breakfast excellent and all the staff so friendly and helpful. Shops a short walk away and restaurants. The beach over the road is not good for swimming but a short drive for swim / surf. The pool is very warm and perfect for children.

This is right in front of the dunes in Playa Hermosa, closer to Punta de Lobos in Pichilemu. The room is ok in size, the view was also not too bad, and the area around it seems safe. The host and his wife were really helpful and gave useful tips, plus they can cook a nice pizza for dinner!

The staff was friendly. The location is good if you want to be in the heart of Pichilemu. Of you want something more secluded I would look for something in Punta de Lobos. The bonfire that is made every night is a very nice touch. Rooms were clean and modern.
