Located minutes from of Villarrica and about 18 km from Pucon, La Puntilla De Villarrica is an exclusive, private resort community of homes, apartments, and support facilities to include a club restaurant, boat launches, pools, tennis courts to name a few. The well-maintained grounds expand more than 50 hectares of green gardens, trees and groomed lawn areas with full access to La Puntilla private lake beaches and 24 hour security. This apartment building is only a few years old and is located right at the water's edge. All furnishings and equipment are in excellent condition. Central heating, on-demand hot water, large appliances, safe and secure location with entertainment and WiFi - all with great views from the very top on the 10th floor. All bedrooms have carpet, kitchen has porcelain tiles the living and dining areas have wood-flooring. On site amenities, include BBQ area, pool, tennis courts, lake beaches, and club house. Two automobile parking spots and one space for up to a 20-foot boat are included along with a guarded main entry and local concierge services and steps from the building.
My Name is Alden. My wife, Angelina and I live in Chile part-time. We are from the US and reside in the San Fransisco Bay Area, in Silicon Valley. We researched the Villarrica and Pucon area to purchase an apartment and found La Puntilla to be the very best location in terms of open area, beaches, equipment and of course the view. Being on the 10th floor has the ultimate view. We now welcome others as our guests. Our apartment is your apartment. We have our dear friend, Raul from Pucon, manage your check-in and check out. He works in the hospitality industry and knows a thing or two on how to make guests happy.
There are may things to do in the immediate area to include skiing, rafting, kayaking, boating, fishing, hiking. For those more laid back, the apartment comes with state of the art 65 inch OLED Smart TV for all your entertainment possibilities like Netflix, Hulu and Amazon. Or just relax under a vaulted ceiling terrace overlooking the beautiful view of Lake Villarrica. When in doubt about what to do, ask Raul. He is very knowledgeable about the local area.
