The place is relatively close to the water, view to a nice green garden and a little water steam under the balcony. I am working and traveling and the owner was super nice and allowed me to check out an hour later in order to have a meeting with clients. That was nice.

Their breakfast is delicious. A lot of details which really make the difference. My bedroom was downstairs, under/beside the wood stairs and a little noisy with upstairs guests in the evenings/nights I spent there. Everything is very tidy. The location is one block away from the Costanera and the Mapuche Feria and Ruka. The managers/owners are kind and professional. I loved my stay!
