Helpful and proactive front desk staff, especially Winnie (ID 5113). Checked out, left behind my Apple Watch charger, only realised it at 8pm. Although Winnie was on day shift, she replied to my WeChat and took the trouble to check with her colleague, found my charger within minutes and had it promptly couriered out the next morning.

The location is excellent for the shopping area of Coco Park and access to Futian Metro, there are about a dozen coffee shops within 250yds and a McDonalds opposite the hotel. Plenty of great local restaurants and within a short walk a few bars.
The staff were great, despite my embarrassing lack of any Chinese they wanted to help as much as they could, particularly the front desk team who were great.
Situated in the heart of Futian, Shenzhen’s commercial and retail hub, The Langham, Shenzhen conveys time-honoured traditions and luxury in the modern city.

This is a western style hotel with an impressive foyer and beautiful decor everywhere. Loved the room including a comfy bed & pillows and it had all the facilities you would expect at this type of property, even some Hollywood movies to choose from on TV. The location is very good. The hotel is above a shopping centre that offers a variety of food choices and is good for strolling around. We walked to C Future City, which is very cool. Caught taxis elsewhere and found it was pretty easy getting around. The breakfast buffet offered a lot of variety for all tastes.
Directly opposite Luohu Port and Luohu Railway Station, Best Western Felicity Hotel features an outdoor pool, a fitness centre and a variety of Chinese, Japanese and international cuisines.

Shenzhen is considered one of the most successful and prosperous cities in China. It is located in the Guangdong province, along the border with Hong Kong. Although 30 years ago it was a small fishing village, the creation of the first Special Economic Zone transformed the region into a bustling metropolis with almost 15 million people.
Its shiny urban landscape and cultural life include contemporary icons like the Shenzhen Library, the Concert Hall, and the Portofino complex. The districts of Futian, Luohu and Nanshan are packed with modern hotels, including some of the best 4 and 5-star accommodation in Shenzhen.
The city is famous for its amusement parks, including the’Splendid China and China Folk Culture Villages’. During the 17th century, migrants from the northern Hakka peoples arrived in significant numbers, and remnants like the ‘Crane Lake Fortified Hakka Village’ are an important legacy. The region includes beautiful beaches, and the Dapeng Peninsula is gaining momentum as one of the country’s best coastal stretches.
The city is serviced by Bao'an International Airport, while Hong Kong International Airport is reachable by public transport. Ferry, bus and railway links to Hong Kong, Macau or Guangzhou are also available. Whether you need a fancy hotel in the business district or express accommodation near the airport, don’t miss the Shenzhen deals on Booking.com!
Shenzhen is a well managed modern city. It is ok even if you don't know a bit of Chinese. No problems in exploring and roaming around. Perfectly safe. Local Chinese people in Shenzhen are very cooperative and mind their own business. Very helpful and chill community. Night life is fantastic. I love to visit again for longer periods.

Good place, much better than 20+ year ago when I used to worked around that area. But some people there quite rude, especially taking the MRT, people never follow rule to let passengers leave the car first. Also too many smoker, you can smell them at every street, every building, every toilet.....

The subway system is huge.
The subway system is huge. You can find subway entrances almost anywhere you go. I carried a subway map and this enabled me to change lines at interconnected stations to get back to my hotel. The subway stations often have shops and eateries. They are so big that you need to be careful which exit you use. You can end up hundreds of meters away from where you want to be. There are many parks that are well kept and shady. The visitor needs to be aware that this city is not centered around Western tourism. If you speak Chinese you will be better able to enjoy all ShenZhen has to offer. The theme parks of "Window of the World" and "Chinese Cultural Village" are huge. You need to walk around them for 4 to 6 hours before nightfall and then stay for the lights. I found the people very friendly and most were willing to help me. They used their phone translator App to assist me. BE SMART, get a SIM card at the port of entry. All shops can only sell SIMs to people with a Chinese address and phone number. The ports have SIMs for tourists. Google translate doesn't work get another translate APP.
Location very good , close metro and mall and huaqiangbei street
Staff are great they always smile and do their best
Hotel clean and modern
Room size is just ok
Room equipped good and comfortable
View from room nice
Air conditioning is perfect
Bed is so comfortable and have thin and thick pillows
Bathroom very clean and water pressure and temperature perfect
Value of money is good
I felt like management are trying to improve and give maximum services for minimum price
Unfortunately , after checking out my plans for my next trip was canceled so I had to rebook same hotel for one more night. I upgraded to a bigger room for comfort but the room they gave me wasn't already used by someone so I asked them to clean the room so I can occupy it. That room was already occupied by someone and the person had just checked out. Instead of them changing the bed spread and the used items, no they used the used items upon complaining, they kicked me out
A wonderful service apartment hotel with good view of Pangian Finance Tower Building. The staff were really good and always had a smile while helping for booking cab or anything we asked. The location is near Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Centre so quite idle for visitors and very good location near to Sego Electronics and Huanggang Port for people who want to travel back to Hongkong. We being vegetarian it had limited options but we were happy with the meal
Better than all the 5 star hotels we have stayed in China. Lily at reception was extremely helpful and spoke great English, which made us feel very comfortable staying there. The rooms were very clean and had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Would recommend this apartments over staying at other hotels as it is so spacious. It’s also connected to a mall which was great as it has been raining all week. Great restaurants all around. 10/10.
- rooms are spacious, well-lit, clean, comfortable and provide plenty of drinking water.
- the bathroom was complete with a bath tub and all necessary amenities.
- the TV is clear and has a wide range of channels to enjoy.
- the beds are soft and comfortable to sleep on.
- strong shower pressure and readily available hot water for shower.
- the location of the hotel was great as it is only a 5 mins walk from a Line 9 metro station.
Staff there are very helpful and patience. They have arranged free airport transfer for group of 7. We are delayed at the airport immigration but they told us take our time not to rush. We arrived very early in the morning and the staff have arrange us to check-in. We really appreciate it. Thanks to Dingshang Hotel for the good services rendered to guest like us which arrived in such hour. Good job!!
Hotel staff, especially the front desk managers, serve guests like friends and are very cordial. I felt at home. I've stayed in several hotels in Shenzhen but this one is the best. Other hotels are corporations and you will feel good here. Don't hesitate, you will be satisfied.
Very good breakfasts. More prepared for guests from China than Europe. But everyone will find something for themselves.
Everything perfect in this new hotel. For travellers to any other city in China; its the best hotel choice since 50 m walking distance to Shenzhen North Railway Station.
You can go anywhere in China with high SPEED train and easiky return same day.
No need to carry lagguage city by city.
Unbelievable good buffet breakfast
10/10 one of the best hotel I've ever seen. The fitness centre is the most equipped and modern I have ever visited. The rooms were clean, spacious and modern. The breakfast and the restaurants offered different type of food, everything fresh.
I loved the room which was very comfy. The international breakfast was delicious with some options of cheese which we love and you can rarely have at hotels in China . The pool was also very clean and enjoyable.
The area where the hotel is located is fantastic. It's walking distance from a metro station and it's right next to a nice shopping mall and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Highly recommended!
Location was reasonably convenient, with a number of eating venues and food variety choices.
Shopping around the vicinity was quite good.
Can easily get cup of coffee at the hotel lobby.
Nice view. But there are two buildings and we booked in one building. Then it was offered to pay for the room in another building with good view.
The hotel is ok. Not best.
