We loved everything! The location, the food, the staff! In particular, the receptionist David was so lovely and helpful. He was very informative and nothing was too much trouble. Pura vida!

Cariblue Beach and Jungle Resort matched expectations. You really get the Caribbean vibe, while the property is fairly close to Puerto Viejo town. There is also a private entrance to Cocles beach. The staff was friendly and were able to change our room when we spotted 2 cockroaches in the room we were initially assigned. They also mentioned this sighting was out of the ordinary, something we believed as the rooms were clean overall.

The staff were very friendly, the location in the jungle was really interesting with lots of wildlife, including sloths in the trees above the swimming pool. There's plenty to do and the beach is just across the road.

We stayed in Costa Rica for 3 weeks and this was our favourite hotel that we stayed in. The grounds are absolutely stunning, you're surrounded by beautiful jungle, you wake up to the sound of birds/monkeys. The facilities (restaurant, pool, yoga deck) are brilliant and all set within the jungle. I don't think the pictures do it justice! We had a very modern room/ensuite which was spotlessly cleaned. We really liked that the room had a fan and insect screens on the doors/windows - it was nice to have a break from AC! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious - there was so much choice! Location is also excellent as you walk out the front straight onto the beach and it was a short cycle or walk into the town/the Jaguar Rescue Centre. I would love to come back to Costa Rica and stay at this hotel again for longer, we didn't want to leave!

We had a two bedroom jungle apartment for 4 people - perfect. Quiet rooms, large balcony, no neighbours! Nice swimming pool. Secure car park. 5 minute walk to beautiful Caribbean beach.

The staff, the Big pool, nice breakfast with homemade products, good guidance when chosing a tour, very nice location and nice Beach. Good restaurant. Aircon worked well and we Saw sloths, Monkeys and other beautiful anomals there. - we were there in low season Very helpful staff who reacted quickly when our daughter fainted and needed help. Loves the place!

A resort has great location, just cross the street and you are on beatufil beach. Accomodation is simple, but comfortable enough. Staff is very helpful and always smiling, taking care about guests and resort 24/7.
