Since we offer accommodation in different price ranges, we can reach a wide audience. We rent throughout the year and therefore have different seasonal prices. We offer homeowners the opportunity to rent out their holiday home through us. We are selective in adding new accommodation. The accommodations must meet our strict quality requirements. The flats are characterised by beautiful handmade furniture giving it a cosy and homely feel. There are two 4-person flats and two 6-person flats in the complex. Each living room has a corner sofa and a dining table with 4 or 6 chairs. There is a TV, Fox Sport and Film 1 channel is available. The luxury kitchens are equipped with all imaginable appliances and cooking utensils. The bedrooms have comfortable beds. The bathrooms have a shower, sink and toilet. In the communal garden, children will find a playground and a trampoline. On the ground floor the children can have fun with the playstation, table football, chalkboard and various children's toys. There is also a room here for all your ski equipment.

Neighborhood info

There are many beautiful cycling and walking routes in the vicinity of the complex. There is a playground 50 metres from the apartment. Neuastenberg has nice restaurants and its own butcher and baker. Sauerland is known for its many cosy towns and beautiful natural areas. There are many attractions in the area. There is also plenty to do for children. There is a go-kart track nearby. There is also a nice trip to Fort Fun, an adventure park with many attractions. You will find the small ski resort Postwiese and also ski rental. The cosiness of Winterberg is a 10-minute drive from the flat.
