Staff was exceptional - we were welcomed like family and friends by all the staff, the concierge and cleaners alike. We had a corner room with a great balcony - if only the weather agreed to more use of it. 😜 Super nice to have access to clean towels and being able to throw out the rubbish without having the room cleaned every day. I wished more hotels did the same.
