We travelled to Copenhagen for a wedding with 6 friends. Stayed in the suite and everyone had standard double rooms. This hotel was nothing short of amazing. Absolutely perfect and couldn’t recommend enough. The suite was beautiful and so were the guest rooms. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the location of the hotel was fantastic The hotel staff went above and beyond to provide the best service possible, and to make our wedding special. No request was too much for the Phoenix and the staff were unbelievably accommodating. They truly made us feel special during our wedding, I have never received better service from a hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful in appearance, breakfast was delicious and had a great spread Cannot fault this hotel and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay on their special day or just a lovely place to relax in during a trip to the beautiful city of Copenhagen
