It is wonderful place just a little far from downtown but you can walk every where from there! It’s a place very quite to stay and you can spend a time in the jardin to relax.

Sofia, the host, was very friendly and helpful. A beautiful place, and was spotlessly clean. Nice breakfast and possible to have it early if needed. Convenient location a few minutes from the main plaza. Nice to have a roof top veranda. A beautiful small garden on the ground floor. I stayed för a total of 9 nights and would not hesitate to come back.

We had the most amazing time in Cuenca at this B&B. Sonia is the best host. She was so helpful with hints and recommandations for our stay. The hotel itself is breathtaking, it gives the impression to enter an oasis in the city. It is luminous, smells amazing (yes you read right) and the decor is extremely well though and classy, lots of antiquities, and warm. The cleanliness is impeccable and this was the only hotel during our 2 weeks trip that would clean our room and provide us with fresh towels everyday. Sonia is an elegant and adorable woman who makes us delicious and healthy breakfasts. We would come back FOR SURE and if there is availability, don't look further and choose this amazing B&B, you won't be disapointed.

This B&B with half a dozen rooms is run by the lovely and welcoming host Sonia. She made us feel at home instantly with her warm and attentive kind (almost like at mother‘s house). Everything was impeccable: rooms clean and comfortable, breakfast basic but well made, nice garden in the backyard (including sounds of hummingbirds instead of city noise) and of course the always helpful host Sonia. Water in the shower was warm/hot. Rooms have no heating, but there was no need in June. On the (common area) patio there is a heater for sitting after sunset - nice! The location is perfect to explore the city, with most (tourist) things only a few walking minutes away. The neighborhood feels very safe (as does the whole city by the way). All in all: We would definitely stay here again, if we were in Cuenca in the future.

A beautiful vintage casa and garden close to excellent restaurants and the center of town. Our hostess, Sonia, served wonderful breakfasts and was extremely helpful. We would definitely suggest either a room with a view of the garden or a beautiful suite as the less expensive rooms are very small and close together.

Our Deluxe Room upstairs was beautiful, very spacious with sofa and fresh roses on the tables. Good quality hair dryer - seldom found in the hotels! Very good & low price laundry service. Pleasant & friendly staff ! .

I liked very much the room, with the antique furniture, with the antique objects, the paintings on the walls, the bright colors in the lobby. The garde small with a lot of plants and birds. All that in the midl of the historical center of Cuenca. And not the last, Madame Sonia very helpfull, attentive to all the details.
