My daughter and I loved it from the moment we entered! Friendly, bright atmosphere. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was fabulous even though the choice wasn't huge, it was more than generous considering the price. The room and bathroom were clean and the beds were very comfortable. We went there because my daughter discovered it over a year ago and loved it so much it was her third time staying there and won't be the last for either of us!

Staff were very nice and helpful although had very limited english. The owner was able to help by phone at the check in process. They gave us a twin room at no extra cost which was bigger for our bulky motorcycle paraphernalia. Breakfast was very nice. Location was good within easy walk to plaza and cafes etc.

The rooms are impeccably clean, everyday, so you will enjoy fresh towels, and delicious breakfast served by the warmest, kindest, most lovely Venezuelan lady, Señora da Costa, who brings this place to life with her warmth and kindness. The staff in general is super helpful, and the communal spaces burst with old charm. You can also relax in the courtyard while hearing the nuns singing and the bells toll.
