I could not be happier Quick service & very trustworthy There are no word enough to describe how professional, knowledgeable and helpful of the Ibertol stuff, Mohamed, Taha, Amr and Momen and a very very warm thanks and appreciation for Mr. Mina Iberotel supervisor. The Views, premises and Food are all exceeded my expectation.

They never turn down any guest’s request.. Their guests’s satisfaction is their utmost priority. Mr. Mina in the front office was kind, professional, efficient and reliable. He did his very best to satisfy all our needs. It’s the most perfect location in Hurghada where you can swim, snorkel and enjoy water sports. They have the dine around option where you can enjoy your dinner in other nearby Jaz authentic restaurants; the food in the asian and the Indian restaurants were exceptionally delicious. They also offer free laundry service.

The staff were extremly nice and welcoming all along the stay. Starting with the reception, Hassan was very welcoming and tried to address all pur requests and even wishes. As well, Roman was very responsive and tried to help us with some bookings. The animation team was so cheerful and encouraging guest inclusion in all activities. The waiters service was pleasant and attentative at all times and in all places in the hotel.
