I like the food the cleanliness and the staff are very nice and friendly specially Ali The reception manager,and Ahmad almazani From the housekeeping, I had no problem with my two rooms 4210 And 4212 because Ahmed took care of me during my stay, thank you, Ahmad so much.

Amazing place from every thing; rooms, reception and receptionists, services was amazing, cleaning and house keeping, restaurants and special head chief Mr attia and his welcome and helpful for every one, also all chief and worker inside the restaurant was helpful, animation and life guard of the swimming pool and aqua park was friendly and helpful, security of the resort was also very good and helpful, all toilets of resort was very clean and good smell. Finally i afraid to forget someone or some place or services but all about the resort was amazing fir me and my family. It us not the first time to me with JAZ and every time i have the sane level of the services and comfort. Thank you for every one in this place who help to make the visit very nice.
